Your Privacy Choices
Several U.S. state privacy laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and comparable laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states — give you the right to tell a business not to sell or share your personal information. This page is where you exercise that right with Demontha.
Do not sell or share my personal information
Demontha does not sell your personal information for money. We do, however, use analytics and advertising technologies that may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under these laws. You can opt out of that at any time, and we will not charge you a different price or give you a lesser service for doing so.
To opt out, email hello@demontha.com with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Include the email address you use with us so we can locate your records. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete the request within 15 business days.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser and device, and we honor it automatically. You do not need to email us as well. Because the signal is stored per browser, you will need to send it from each browser and device you use, and it may be cleared if you delete your cookies.
Your other rights
- Know and access — ask what categories of personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to, and request a copy.
- Delete — ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to exceptions such as completing a transaction or meeting a legal obligation.
- Correct — ask us to fix personal information you believe is inaccurate.
- Limit sensitive information — ask us to restrict use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the goods you asked for.
- Non-discrimination — exercise any of these rights without being denied service, charged a different price, or given a lower quality of service.
- Appeal — if we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider. Reply to our response and we will review the decision and explain the outcome.
How to submit a request
Send your request to hello@demontha.com, or call +1 307 998 9036. Tell us which right you are exercising and give us enough detail to find your records — usually the email address used on your order.
We verify requests before acting on them, because acting on an unverified request would itself be a privacy risk. Verification normally means confirming details we already hold, such as the email address on an order. We never ask you to send a government ID, a password, or payment details by email.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask the agent for written permission signed by you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm that you authorized the request.
Response times
We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If a request is complex we may take up to an additional 45 days, and we will tell you before we do.
