Shipping is completely free to Europe, the USA, Canada, and the Arabian areas. For other regions such as Asia, Australia, and remote areas, please check your cart for applicable shipping fees.

Each product is custom-made to order, with an average production lead time of 7–10 days. Once ready, we ship via UPS Express with full insurance, ensuring delivery to your doorstep within 2–3 business days. All shipments are fully insured and guaranteed — Demontha takes full responsibility for any damage or issues during transit.

All of our products are made from 100% solid beech wood—a hardwood renowned for its exceptional strength, stability, and beautiful natural grain patterns. We source FSC-certified beech panels from Haşep Entegre, ensuring sustainable and premium quality materials.

We treat all surfaces with special oils made from VOC-free (Zero Volatile Organic Compounds) certified resins and natural beeswax. This finish is completely safe for your home and family—including children and pets. The oils penetrate the wood fibers, providing protection while allowing the wood to breathe naturally.

All our products include a 2-year warranty starting from the invoice date. We guarantee the replacement of any defective or missing parts within 10–15 business days. Please note that any damage occurring during assembly is not covered by the warranty.

You can return your order unconditionally within 30 days of receiving it, provided you have not damaged the product or its packaging. Open the product box carefully. Returns must be made in the original packaging.

Not at all! Our products are specifically designed to be disassembled and reassembled multiple times. They will retain their original strength and stability with every setup—perfect for moving homes or rearranging your space.

We recommend dry cleaning whenever possible—simply use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. If necessary, you may use wood-safe furniture cleaners to maintain and clean the surfaces without damaging the material. Avoid excessive moisture and always wipe spills immediately.
